Dumortierite in Quartz Pendant BT210

Dumortierite: This stone acts as an aid to your mental capabilities in overcoming tough situations. It opens the third eye chakra to enhance mental (and emotional) intelligence. It is a Learning Stone too, Dumortierite promotes mental discipline especially in regard to learning new things. Students find it useful when they are required to take in large amounts of data over short periods of time, because it aids memory. Also known as a Vision Stone, meditate or sleep with dumortierite to stimulate psychic or prophetic vision if you are gifted. Dumortierite is a rare aluminum boro-silicate mineral known for its striking blue, violet, or brown coloration. Discovered in France in 1881. Dumortierite frequently grows as needle-like (acicular) inclusions inside quartz, often referred to as "dumortierite quartz". These inclusions give the host quartz a vibrant, denim-blue appearance.
